This has been a year of firsts - first time my kids have gone to public school (they have been homeschooled), first time in a really big house (unexpected blessing from God), and the first time I have ever thought of writing a blog.
Writing has never been my strongest asset. I am more of a math, logic person. Besides, who would really be interested in reading about my life, interests, thoughts, etc?
First things first (apologies for the pun). The title of my blog may puzzle readers. The Rainbow Cows was a bedtime story I told my kids when they were preschoolers. Basic idea - each color cow meets the next one and they all become friends and walk together, so they look like a rainbow. Maybe another first this year is to get my story illustrated and published. Can anyone out there draw a cow?
